Tiffany A. Dupre, MA, LPC / Owner
Tiffany A. Dupre is a graduate of McNeese State University. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Family & Consumer Science with concentration in Family & Child Studies with a minor in Psychology in December 2011. She later returned to McNeese, earning her Master of Arts in Psychology with concentration in Counseling Psychology in August 2019. She has always been passionate about helping others. She holds a wealth of both professional experience and personal life experience that has equipped her to best meet her clients’ counseling needs. Prior to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana, Tiffany gained experience working in childcare, dispatching for E-911, and working as a Child Protective Services Caseworker for the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services. Prior to opening Perceptions Counseling & Consultation, LLC, she provided individual, couples, and family counseling at Kay Dore Counseling Clinic (Practicum & Internship), McNeese Counseling Clinic (Internship), Solutions Counseling & EAP, and Children’s Clinic of Southwest Louisiana. Additionally, she also gained experience in the development and presentation of workshops for many local employers in the area. Tiffany holds a certification if Crisis Intervention & Stress Management through The Southern Law Enforcement Foundation. She has experience providing counseling to individuals, couples and families of all ages and walks of life, facing a wide range of life’s challenges.

Taylor Lee, Counselor-in-Training / Counseling Intern
Taylor Lee is a Counselor-in-Training/Counseling Intern. He began his post-secondary education at the University of New Orleans where he focused on General Studies and Jazz Performance, later transferring to McNeese State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in December 2011 and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education in December 2014. He went on to further his knowledge as an Educator, completing additional training to teach Advanced Placement English (July 2015) and Advanced Placement Psychology (July 2018) at Rice University. He is currently enrolled at University of the Cumberlands and will earn his Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May 2025. Taylor has passed the National Counseling Exam and will be applying for Louisiana licensure as a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor immediately following his graduation. Prior to his work in the counseling profession, he worked as both a regular education teacher and AP teacher, and a Teacher Mentor. Since he began his work in Counseling, he has gained experience during his practicum and internships working with individuals, couples, families, and groups at Oceans Behavioral Hospital in their Intensive Out-Patient Program, Family & Youth Counseling Agency, and here at Perceptions Counseling & Consultation, LLC. Taylor has a wealth of knowledge that equips him to meet the therapeutic needs of his clients and help them attain their goals. While he is able to help clients overcome a wide range of issues, he also is particularly skilled in the treatment of anxiety & panic, body dysmorphia, depression, grief & loss, obsessions & compulsions, parenting, phobias, and stress.
